Congratulations to Ben Slingluff who was recently honored with the Rotary District 6880 Award - The J. Barton Greer Citizenship-Four Way Test Award.  This award was established by PDG Robert Greer in honor of his grandfather who was the epitome of an example of living the Four Way Test. 

Ben Slingluff lives by the Four Way Test and conducts himself in all aspects of his life with only the absolute best practices and uncompromised ethics.  Ben is well respected throughout the Dothan Rotary Club for being the person for a certain skill, for getting things done, for meeting deadlines, and for accomplishing a task. 

 

Ben has been a member of the Dothan Rotary Club since 2004; however, he began attending Dothan Rotary meetings in 1983 with his father, Morris Slingluff.  He has been involved with all service projects of the Club, served on the New Member Committee from 2004-2007, headed the Salvation Army Bell Ringers from 2006-2013, served as Publisher of the ALTER EGO since 2010, served on the Board of Directors, Vice President, President-Elect, President, and currently as an Immediate Past President.  Ben is a Paul Harris Fellow Plus One Jewel.

 

Ben is very active in many community groups within the City of Dothan serving on several boards.  He and his wife are very involved with their children and Ben volunteers on many school related projects.
